       RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

  • Research strategic plan for development of agriculture and rural.
  • Research content and methodology of planning for agriculture and rural development.
  • Conduct activities on soil classification maps, interpreting satellite images for setting up thematic agricultural maps.
  • Transfer advanced techniques into agricultural production as planned via the establishment of demonstration models in different agro-ecological zones.
  • Apply software and G.I.S techniques setting up an agricultural database.
  • Research thesis in land and water resource protection toward an agriculture with sustainable sustainable development.
  • NIAPP is actively moving its operation toward to rural development and environmental protection as strategic orientation in the future.

        INTERNATIONAL RELATION ACTIVITIES

  • NIAPP is extending her activities on international relation with a motto of obtaining new methodologies and advanced technologies for improvement of research quality, and renovation of facilities and equipment. NIAPP has a diversified relation with wide-range international organization such as UNDP, FAO, WB, MRC, JICA, KOICA, CIDSE, CORDAID, etc.
  • NIAPP has also a research cooperation with a numerous scientific institutions and consultant companies in many countries, for instance America, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, Finland, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, etc.
  • Annually, NIAPP sends a hundred times of staff to abroad for various purpose of study, study-tour, workshop, convention, seminar, training courses and experiences exchange.
